The October figure is based on reports and press releases and may be higher, since some companies do not publicize their funding. After Upwind came fintech company Capitolis with $220 million, Pluto Security with $42 million and training company Bites with $40 million.

According to IVC-LeumiTech, companies raised $11 billion in the first nine months of the year, after $10.7 billion in all of 2025, $9.58 billion in 2024 and $6.9 billion in 2023. The year is still well below the $15 billion of 2022 and the record $25.6 billion of 2021.
