According to CTech, the talks are at an early stage and a round may not go ahead. Cyera's valuation rose from $3 billion in 2024 to $6 billion in 2025 and $12 billion in January 2026, in a $600 million Series G round. That was followed by a $400 million investment from Goldman Sachs Alternatives.

The company, founded in 2021 by Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan, has raised more than $2 billion in total, about $1.4 billion of it in 2026. It specializes in protecting corporate data against AI-assisted attacks and has expanded into AI agent security, identity protection and non-human identities.

A $20 billion valuation would place Cyera among the most valuable private cybersecurity companies. The company has not confirmed the report, and it is not known which investors are involved or how much it would raise.
