According to The Robot Report, the deal was announced in June at a $2.5 billion valuation. It is still subject to shareholder approval, and Agility says it will be the first US publicly traded pure-play humanoid company with commercial deployments. All existing shareholders will roll their equity into the combined company, with a 180-day lock-up.
Last month the company unveiled Digit 5. It says deliveries to early-access customers will begin in the first half of 2027, with general availability targeted for the end of 2027, and that it has more than $300 million in committed multi-year orders. In a September SEC filing it reported $1.8 million in net sales for 2025. Investors include NVIDIA, Amazon, SoftBank and Foxconn.
